Learning More about Knutsford Circle

We are ‘Knutsford Circle’ a branch of the international Catenian Association.

We are the 182nd Circle in the Association – which means that 181 other Circles were founded before we were in 1958. We are in Province 17 which covers approximately the old county of Cheshire

We are a group of Catholic men who live in and around Knutsford. We meet regularly to enjoy each other’s company often with family and friends.  We support our Parish, local school and charities, and, of course each other.

What we do:

  • Help St. Vincent’s Parish—from organising social events to mowing the church lawn.  We also organise the annual Parish Childrens Christmas Party.
  • Each year we choose a local charity and provide support, both financially and practically.
  • Support our local primary school.
  • Meet regularly to build our friendships. We have an active social programme—talks, meals, walks, wine tasting etc.  We also provide opportunities to deepen your faith  e.g. with regular recollections.
  • Help our members and their families who need our support.
